Novocoat SC1100 Primer/Sealer FC​

Novocoat SC1100 Primer/Sealer FC is a penetrating, moisture-tolerant epoxy primer designed to cure under cool conditions.  It seals porous concrete surfaces to prevent outgassing and associated blisters and pinholes and promotes adhesion to a variety of finish coats. Standard grade Novocoat SC1100 Primer/Sealer is available for warm application conditions.
