| Blackhawk 5405 Wet/Dry Flashing Cement is an asbestos free, fiber-reinforced asphalt roofing cement for wet weather repair of roof leaks in warmer application environments. Composed of select asphalt and special grade solvent, this material has a smooth troweling consistency. It is also available in a winter grade formula as Blackhawk Wet/Dry Flashing Cement WG for cooler application environments. |
